NEWS2 needs improving, could do with more information being captured rather than just 28 days. Unable to identify what each individuals normal observations are with such a small time frame being recorded. This would be beneficial if it was extended with 6 months worth of observation records
this action really needs to be addressed along with - preventing the scoring of a NEWS2 if any observation has not been completed by the person. it is pointless to allow a record to be saved if it has not been completed in full. Can PCS not make it mandatory to record all observations to get an accurate score???
