Hide any assessments that are not available to us (either non UK or only certain providers) and align boxes

In the admin assessment tools - would be useful to hide any assessments that are not available to us (either non UK or only certain providers use e.g. Bupa). Also to have a box to be able to line up the assessments with each category of either mandatory or not used - it is difficult to align these to ensure the right ones are ticked.
