We aren't yet using the full functionality of the incident reporting on PCS as we would need a feature that allows us to add updates/progress notes to the incident before sign off. We're hoping to make use of this in the future.
For example, if we have a safeguarding concern we would want to be able to update the incident report with any contact we have had with families, the individual, social workers etc, and the progress of the safeguarding enquiry and this could be several different added notes over a period of time.
Is this something that could be built into the system?
