Abbey Pain Scale on Planned Care Day Action Options

Allowing the 'In pain' icon to be added to the Planned Care Day or creating a separate Abbey Pain Scale Icon which can be added. We are being required by CQC to show evidence that every medication round we are using the Abbey Pain Scale consistently - this allows room for error so creating it at a planned care day would aid with prompting of staff to document this on the PCS.
