Indicators on profile and group reporting

Can certain indicators be added to profile like DNACPR is shown or a way you can view specific indicators through group reports, same as how diabetes is monitored.
Examples of indicators include:
PEG, Diabetes, Covert meds, Trachy, oxygen, smoking,
Either a pre generated list of risks to make it easier for reporting, or a personalisable list.
