Some system development to incorporate 'Stop & Watch' indicators for LD clients

We would like to see some development of MCM to incorporate some more LD specific observation types. In particular the 'Stop & Watch' LD deterioration indicators. Which looks to identify certain behavioural changes in LD clients that collectively may indicate a decline.
