Incident intervention report running

We need to be able to filter reports on incident intervention, for example identify all incidents that included Holds, or physical intervention, PRN and Verbal support. This is a requirement for Restraint Reduction Network, CQC and to benefit the individuals we support and our services. It will support in identifying trends, themes increase or ideally a reduction.
