Profile photos to be updated 12 monthly

Our medication profiles are updated yearly so is not in line with the profiles on here updating 6 monthly. This is policy for most homes i believe. It would be beneficial to us if the systems profile update could change to 12 monthly so we are inline and the profiles match on both PCS and Medication profiles.
