Quick/Respite form

Filling out the Quick/Respite form, currently once completed, it only fills in part of the initial assessment, which is not detailed. As CQC require a detailed initial assessment and if we fill it out, it only fills some parts and then locks it which means we cannot change it again and it becomes not completed initial assessment
